We attended the New Year's celebration in the Artesian bar and restaurant. What a fun way to see in the New Year. The waiters and bar tenders made the night. "The Yotel is in a fantastic position with Farrington Underground station only about 250 metres away. There are also heaps of bus stops within 100 metres, even though I never used the buses. Everywhere I needed or wanted to go to were only a few stops away on the tube. The Elizabeth Line got me to most places (including back to Heathrow) and the other lines I used (Circle, Metropolitan, etc) were also handy to anywhere I wanted to visit. Once you get used to the tube lines it's very easy to get around. As for the staff, they have all been great. Friendly and knowledgeable about the best places to go to and best trains to catch. My room was only a single and I was a bit disappointed with the lack of wardrobe space. There was a tiny bed-side table with a roll-out shelf for my laptop, as well as 2 small drawers for smaller clothing items. More annoying was the lack of a kettle to boil water to make a coffee or tea. In fact there was no coffee or tea in the room. Nor was there any crockery and cutlery, which makes sense when you can't make yourself a hot drink! I spent a lot of time in the cafeteria, which is where you can get your meals throughout the day as well as setting up the laptop to do some work, check emails, etc. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the convenience to everywhere the best part of my time here."

"We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "

"I love this place. I’ve been staying here 3-4 times a year for the past decade. The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade, but the location and staff couldn’t be better. "

"Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were extra tiny but clean and comfortable bed. Great breakfast included in our room rate. A few minutes walk to close by kings cross station. Every staff interaction was very pleasant."
