"I absolutely love this hotel, I’ll always stay here for at least one night while visiting London. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and things like heated bathroom floors and the Prosecco they offer you when you arrive, makes the experience feel very luxurious. It’s so hard to find a nice hotel in London that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. This hotel is proof that this type of experience exists!"

"Great hotel next to Hyde Park and close to 2 tube stations & Paddington train station/Heathrow Express. Suite was lovely & comfortable, as described. Was a bit surprised a few room features didn't perform as expected though for the high quality surroundings. Staff was very helpful when informed and quick to respond when we needed anything. Not our first visit and would return."
