"We had the best stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff went out of their way to help us whenever we had questions or needed assistance! The beach shuttle service was great but it was an easy ten minute walk from the hotel so we walked back from the beach. The hotel is within walking distance from many great restaurants and coffee/bakery shops. "

"Hotel el Covento is very well located, close to all sorts of dining and shopping locales and next to the Cathedral. It's colonial architecture gives it a very special charm and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant food and waitresses are really good. The only mishap was the faulty elevator but overall I would definitely recommend it."

"I really liked this property. All of the staff were super nice and friendly. Room was great, bed was super comfortable and bathroom was nice, modern and clean. My only dislike was the 10am checkout. That was much earlier than other hotels I’ve stayed in."
