"Very good hotel if you are in Sapporo for a few nights. We stayed in a king room with no view and it was small for 2 adults and a toddler and luggage. But for 2 nights it was manageable. Breakfast was good but offering was the same throughout the stay. Onsen is good and clean. Location is really good. Front desk staff speak little english that helped us sort things out and they were very helpful. Overall i would return for a short stay. "

"Easy check in. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in time. Our room was clean. The only thing was the bathroom needed to be deodorized because there was a stench. The blackout shade in the room is excellent as it kept the room completely dark. Very convenient location. Train station, restaurants, and shopping were within five minutes walk."

"Check in at the hotel was fast and easy, but we had more welcoming check in experience at another hotel where staff taking the time to tell us more about the hotel and services. This is NOT to say we felt unwelcome at the hotel. The room we stayed in was old, but spacious, well maintained, and very clean. We loved the small table and chairs in front of the window where we could see the mountains in the background. The hotel provided new sets of towels everyday even if room cleaning service was...
