Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. "A nice stay in this property for our first time in Sapporo. Odori Park is right across the road and it was magical in the winter snow. The room was of a good size, though the property seem a bit on the old side. Staff were less friendly compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in during this long winter holiday trip. Not rude but more… clinical. Easy access to subway and buses, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Overall not too bad of a stay."

"Easy check in. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in time. Our room was clean. The only thing was the bathroom needed to be deodorized because there was a stench. The blackout shade in the room is excellent as it kept the room completely dark. Very convenient location. Train station, restaurants, and shopping were within five minutes walk."
