"DIKA was an excellent staff. He was always willing to assist with all of our needs. He kept great smile on his face and attitude toward everything. His professional definitely made our stay a memorable experience at this hotel. One down side was that airport pickup service was not made available upon our arrival even though our requesting email was sent a day prior like they requested. It was not a good start but hospitality exhibited by DIKA changed it all. Thank you!! "

It is supposedly a budget hotel but the service you can expect here tells otherwise. It is simply second to none. I wish them all the very best and the next time I’m in Bali, I will not be looking for any other hotel beyond Vira for my stay"
