"We stayed in the cottages at Tenaya while visiting Yosemite. It was an hour back-and-forth between the valley and the hotel each day, but we listened to an audio tour and a lot of the drive had pretty views so it wasn’t too bad. With there being such a drive we did have to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the park, and if going back, I would prefer to stay at Yosemite Valley Lodge, but they were unavailable for our dates. "convenient to park attractions. a bit close to other vacationers, and can be noisy. upstairs units are noisy and you can hear every footstep or other movements across the floor, and it can be annoying at 1 am. "

"This is a gorgeous property. It has everything you could possible need. The location is prime!! 20 min from the valley it is in the perfect spot. Rooms were set up well. Tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. My only note is that it was extremely warm with no A/C. To be expected with 90 degree weather though."
