"The Da Vere Cotswold Water park hotel, has great facilities, good size bedroom and very comfortable beds. Food on the Brasserie was excellent but quite a limited dinner menu. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Some staff were exceptional ( Barbara) and a man who welcomed us into the restaurant yesterday evening. "Hotel room not really cleaned or bed made after 1st night stay just looked like towels changed and duvets pulled back over bed. Hotel rooms and corridors in need of an upgrade very tired and bath had chip out of it"

"Staff were great, when we checked in I said I was a platinum member and got and upgrade. First time that has happened as a hotels.com member. Also mentioned it was my partners birthday and got a free bottle of wine that was left in the room. Room was great and hotel is in a great location."
