"I love this hotel so much! It’s beautiful, so comfortable, the staff are so kind and welcoming, the food is so fresh and amazing!!! The rooftop was lovely to have to cool down after mornings walking around the walled city, which you must do if you stay here because you’re smack in the middle!!! It’s amazing, my boyfriend and I loved it so much, we booked the King Superior room and it was lovely! I was in awe each time we came back to our hotel, I’m huge on nature and architecture and this hotel has both! Mucho Gracias Hotel Santa Catalina I will be back!:)"

"The Staff "

"It has a roof top pool that's small but has a fantastic view. A few steps up is a popular bar with food with even better views, including at sunset. The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. A delicious breakfast is included. It is restaurant style, not a buffet, which is nice unless you are in a hurry. They have Direct TV. My room had an ancient looking stone wall that's probably fake but gives an authentic feeling. It had been an office building. When it was converted, about 20 years ago, they found a Spanish cannon from the 17th or 18th centuries, and it is on display. Also they have free coffee and cookies at all times in the lobby."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. Eric especially made our stay memorable; he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The property itself is beautiful. Very private and quiet. We booked a Studio Suite and couldn’t have been happier - it was clean and spacious. One thing to note was the hot water in the shower didn’t work sometimes, but not a big deal overall. Maybe this is commonplace for this area from time to time. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend."
