"Great location, breakfast, and overall amenities. Where they could improve is when it comes to housekeeping. On 2 days out of my 4 night stay, i had to remind them to clean my room."

"This property is very well located. There’s a Metro entrance just at the corner of the street (1 minute apart) from which you can go to almost anywhere. You can buy a 10-rides Metro card for around $7. Finally, the continental breakfast is amazing, a lot of variety, and the food is delicious and fresh. Unforgettable experience."

"Only stayed for a long layover, staff was helpful booked the shuttle to the airport next day, room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant is good too ! "

"This was our first ever visit to Madrid and our stay was absolutely the best at Gran View Apartments. The location is excellent as it is next to the best attractions in Madrid. The apartment was fabulous, and all the amenities were exquisite. We would certainly go there again. "

"Solid city center hotel. Very close to Gran Via and nicely centered between palace and prado/park. Good services including room service, bellhops and a nice restaurant. Under construction as of 1/5/25 so it’ll be even nicer once done. Only complaint was about noise in the streets on both Friday and Saturday (very) late nights. The hotel is across from two bars where things get crazy. "
