"Lovely"

"The refrigerator was broken and the staff couldn’t be bothered to get it fixed. The beds are air mattresses which are horrible. The male staff member Luis harassed me which made me so uncomfortable I left several days early. There are no locks on the doors and nowhere to securely store belongings. I did not feel safe staying here"

"I like the staff, the place is very safe. Only thing is the mattress. Also need more bathrooms, and to fix the water because after a certain amount of people shower it stays cold "

"Location is excellent. The whole area is walkable and numerous restaurants around the hostel. Pizza right beside the hostel. There’s a kitchen on one floor and Cafè style dining room. Automated coffee machine. Overall a good value."

"This was my first time in Spain. I am so glad I found this hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was close to the Gran Via and to other restaurants. It was quiet and there's a terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy free coffee. Really good coffee, baked goods and fruit. My baggage got lost and the airlines sent it to my hotel and the hotel staff informed me right away. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The only thing is unlike American hotels, the lights won't turn on...

"Nice hostel but my room stayed close to common area and I could hear people talking 2am. Bathroom Door squeaking loud, so I couldn’t sleep very well. But the hostel has a nice looking and the location is perfect! Just one block From the subway."
