Bed was very hard, and the sofa bed for the kids was like them sleeping on springs and they both complained of bad backs the next morning. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. "I think the best experience was EVERY member of staff we spoke to, were extremely friendly, understanding, helpful, organised, extremely polite, knowledgeable and keen to please. Whoever does the staff training here, is to be applauded. However, not one member of staff we spoke to, and there were 7 in total, made us feel they were giving us 'automated or rehearsed ' answers.
