Even when we had problems with the appliances he was out within half an hour of us calling. On arrival we were supplied with tea and coffee making facilities as well as a housekeeping pack and vanity kits. "Lovely place, we’ve stayed before and will stay again. Only issue is the cleaning of the sofa bed, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time and when we opened it up I had to give it a proper vacuum and we had to request a new mattress protector as it was dirty and sheets/ duvet cover that weren’t with spare duvet and cushions. The staff sorted it quickly and were super helpful. "

"Stayed overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast rate. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, that being said it was very clean. Inner was fantastic all meals are homemade to a very high standard not a frozen item to be seen. Breakfast again was a good. Very central to the centre of Lancaster. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
