"From start to finish my stay at the Leonardo was excellent as I had a little issue with my room and David on reception sorted it out in no time along with giving me an upgrade due to the inconvenience of having to change rooms after a long day travelling. I would stay there again as long as David is on reception. "

"very nice staff who couldn't do enough for you. The beds are very comfortable, everything clean and a good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and even a bottle of water each in the room. Breakfast was super with the best selection of hot and cold food I have had in many hotels. The location is great for transport ( Oxford Rd station is just a short walk away) and the theatre."

"Family trip to the city, we were looking for a decent central based hotel and we struck gold here. 3 mins to Piccadilly train station. 2 mins to the Tram . Arndale was 10mins. Shops, restaurants and bars right outside the door. Perfect location. The hotel itself is very nice. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. I couldn't fault anything. 10/10. "

"Really lovely staff. Excellent location close to Piccadilly gardens, the train station and shopping areas. Discounted parking at Citi Park which is within a two minute walk of the hotel, details are on the hotel's website. Our room was very well appointed and included armchairs and a marshall speaker but had suffered some damp (dehumidifier in room) but wasn't an issue whilst we were there.
