Location not the nicest being off a main road with large industrial units in the vicinity but fine for a quick stop over. Hairdryer in room and toiletries, plenty of towels. Tv and free internet. Ate in room due to having busy day and staff were happy to supply cutlery which was kind considering they have their own restaurant. Breakfast was amazing ! Choice and quality was above expectations in fact I have paid more for breakfast in places than what I actually paid for...

"Stayed in the Ribble Suite it was very nice apart from the Bathroom was very cold only having a small electric heated towel rail you have to leave the bathroom door open with the heat full on in the Suite for a hour or so to warm up the bathroom. our biggest gripe was that the Suite was warm all afternoon but when we returned to dress for dinner at 7pm the hotel heating had turned itself off and the room was uncomfortable chilly reported it to night manager who Forbes the hotel heating boiler...
