Other than a bathroom issue with the flusher falling off, I enjoyed my time and stay. However, there was a point i felt uncomfortable at the pool; but the pool manager made sure that he did everything in his power to make sure I was well. I can’t complain, I would stay again. "

"I stayed at the hotel a night before my trip to the states. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone! Spotless rooms, lovely little restaurant and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them & lovely young man even made considerable effort helping me fix a problem with the combination lock on my suitcase jamming. He even researched the problem online and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. Check in and out was speedy and efficient. All in all an...

"Very disconcerting that there was no window in room . Felt very claustrophobic. However it was clean and incredibly convenient, steps away from check in for the flight . "

A stay over before our early flight to Miami, we had a brilliant night whether it was the large and very comfortable room with bed and sofa bed, the social space in the foyer which is unreal and the service and welcome drink was excellent. We spent the evening having a lovely meal and enjoying the space which is so well thought out and the interior design is beautiful. "
