"Good room with a view. Fully sound proof. No noise of trains. House keeping did not clean the room the second day. They messed up the reservation, I lost fob access the second day. I booked through Expedia for two nights. They called me three times to pay the city tax, even though they had a holding deposit. Being a busy hotel, the management is not in sync with the events. "This hotel was close to the station but quiet and so lovely. The staff were so on it even letting us leave our cases so that we could go and explore before we booked in. Having a drink on the outside terrace, in good weather is a must. Getting to any of the sights from this hotel was really easy with the metro train and bus station within a 5 minute walk."

"WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic."

"Lot of Halal food nearby. My wife got scared - restaurants full of men no women. Neighborhood resembles Middle East. Walking distance to the busy area. Hotel facilities are excellent. Good place to stay"

"Friendly staff excellent cleanliness and comfort, the rooms are beautiful and new, close to all types of transport buses metro taxis and trains, too bad there are many tramps but after all it is so in almost the whole city. The huge Sunday market right below and around the hotel is fantastic. Advice."

"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."

Will stay again

Comfortable and characterful hotel

"Lovely warm room on a cold night. Restaurant was excellent. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Characterful ambiance. One way road system to get to the hotel was a bit of a nightmare as google maps showed the one way direction incorrectly. "
