"I found the hotel convenient for Brussels Midi station. I was disappointed the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. I had to go out in my wheelchair to find somewhere to eat, which luckily wasn't far. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a show is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair with the heycard having to be removed from the light switch. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs."

"Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel ambas veces con familia con niños. Está muy cerca de la estación de Bruselas Midi y a pasos de una estación del metro. Es muy conveniente para visitar los mercados navideños y para hacer excusiones de un día a otras ciudades de Bélgica. El único problema es que la zona de Bruselas Midi siempre parece insegura, como muchas otras grandes estaciones en Francia o Italia. Hay personas deambulando o personas durmiendo en la calle o la estación. Pero fuera de eso el hotel tiene excelentes habitaciones familiares y un buen desayuno. Y todo está ordenado u muy limpio. "

"I have staid here before as it is close to the Midi station. But each time I am always pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the comfortable rooms. It is very easy to get to most places in the city from there as well. "
