Staff were polite. Breakfast was ok and decent for the price (about 14 euros). I stayed in a tree house, which seemed a little neglected from a cleaning and maintenance perspective. The shower drained slowly and I asked the front desk to have someone look at it - not sure if they did. There were several smashed dead bugs that hadn't been cleaned off the walls, and the window leaked when it rained. I think it could have been a really cool place - just needs some love.

First room was overpowering from cigarette smoke, replacement room provided but main light didn’t work and the shower only partially worked. Also everywhere generally rundown and in poor condition. Good breakfast though

Really quiet hotel. Convenient for an overnight stay on our way from the Chunnel to Germany. Staff speak some English, which was a nice bonus when we called because we were going to be late. You can check in no matter how late you arrive. Bar closes at 11pm but the night porter can still sell you bottles of beer. Unlike us, do remember to close the window at night or you will be bitten by mosquitos!

We had a one night stopover before continuing our drive. The hotel is looking a little jaded but it was quite clean, service was good and the room comfortable.

Nice setting with a good gym and private sauna. Some good products, but the service in the restaurant is not up to scratch, the products and breakfast are not up to scratch and the soundproofing in the rooms is poor.

Lovely property, just let down by cleanliness
We stayed in one of the treehouse lodges, in which facilities were good! View out the window was really cool, bathroom was good. Only thing that let it down was the overall cleanliness of the property. Was dead flies throughout, and old pile of mud or animal waste underneath the stairs, crack in the shower floor. We stayed with an under 3, however stairs are a little precarious due to the construction of the pod, we may consider this if we was to stay in the future.

They have really cool cabins available. My room in particular had some craking in walls, probably due to the actual building maybe being older. But did not affect my stay at all.

Bad design hotel. We changed rooms because sewer drain was clogged in shower but also new room has the same issue though to a lesser extent. Mildew smell all over; not surprise since there are still water on roof - pure bad non functional construction and architecture. Staff is nice; receptionist Linda is super nice.

Stayed here in a triple room. 2 adults, 1 child. Room was generally on the small side. Bathroom had no shower curtain/screen so the whole bathroom got wet every time someone showered. Small indoor pool, not very deep but my daughter enjoyed. Staff were friendly. Cute cats around the property. Bar and restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat there.
