Lot of Halal food nearby. My wife got scared - restaurants full of men no women. Neighborhood resembles Middle East. Walking distance to the busy area. Hotel facilities are excellent. Good place to stay

Very nice people as is the pleasant custom in Brussels. Staff able and willing to deal in many languages. Front desk available at all hours. If you like to walk, the hotel is centrally located, a reasonable walk from the Midi station and from many restaurants and landmarks. I would stay here again.

Great location. Pleasant and professional staff. However, not convinced of the 4-star label. Seemed a bit run down, dated Furniture all through (not necessarily vintage), despite what appeared to be attempts at maintenance of common areas and room, still seemed very sub-par for a 4 star hotel in the heart of Brussels. Shower gel had been watered down-quite hilarious. The establishment holds a lot of promise and there is definitely room for improvement. Regardless, the staff were excellent-5 stars for them.

Conveniently located
Very nice hotel, with a good price/auqlity ratio, conveniently located near the city centre: I could easily walk! The room was at ground floor with street view, but next to the entrance sliding door which was quite noisy... Decent fitness room for some exercise. Young and nice staff, helpful in giving proper indication. Quite good breakfast selection, but breakfast room a litlle small and in a corner: with many guests becomes complicated moving around.

The best part about this property was its outstanding staff members. They went above and beyond with what little staff they had off for the holidays and made sure we were taken care of. The 4 star ratings that have been given to this property, however, needs to be revisited and reconsidered. The room I was given with my husband had a broken refrigerator, broken bedside lamp, broken bathroom heater, and stained furniture and curtains. Breakfast was also very limited, we paid €15 per person but I had to boil my own eggs and the food tray was never refilled with scrambled eggs- that was disappointing. Overall, the Augustin is not what is advertised as a 4 stars hotel- proceed when booking with caution.

Everything went well I didn’t have any problem with the hotel. Breakfast service was good too. The only problem I had was about the iron. We requested an iron and was told it will be delivered when we are out venturing. When we came back at night and it wasn’t there. The hotel was in good conditions

The Augustin Hotel in Brussels was fine. A couple of things were not cleaned perfectly, but the room was nice and quiet. The breakfast in the hotel was actually very good (although it's not included in the price of the room).
