It's truly disappointing to stay in a hotel like Ibis Styles and face two nights without internet, especially when connectivity is so important while traveling. For a brand known for its reliability, this must have been an unexpected letdown.

Staff gave me a wrong room for the first night. They replaced it with the correct one for my second night and gave a discount but it was a hassle. Breakfast is mediocre, the AC was not working in the first room.

De receptioniste liet ons ruim een kwartier wachten omdat ze aan de telefoon zat. Ze zag ons gewoon staan. Toen er een hele rij mensen stonden hing ze op. Ze stond ons onbeleefd te woord en verwees naar een kaartje met alle info en stuurde ons naar onze kamer. Zeer slechte service met totaal geen oog voor de klant. Deze dame houdt duidelijk niet van haar werk en reageert het af op haar klanten. Een erg teleurstellende ervaring.

L'appartement que nous avions réservé n'était plus disponible (mais aucun avertissement en amont), a notre arrivée on as donné une suite avec deux chambres double sans même nous expliquer Pourquoi alors que nous avions besoin d'une cuisine pour préparer notre dîner résultats on as du faire chauffer notre repas a l'entrée de l'hôtel dans un micro-ondes et emprunter des couverts pour pouvoir manger bref avec des enfants pas top! Le petit déjeuner nous a était offert en guise d'excuse mais il serait bien d'avertir les clients en avance pour pouvoir anticiper

Séjour en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) pour une nuit. Nous avons pu nous faire à manger le soir grâce à la mini cuisine équipée. Il manquait juste quelques fourchettes dans les couverts.

Séjour d'une nuit en famille (couple + 2 enfants)
La climatisation de la chambre familiale que nous avions réservée est tombée en panne le jour de notre arrivée, alors que la température était élevée en ce mois d'août. La responsable de l'hôtel nous a téléphoné pour nous prévenir en début d'après-midi et nous a proposé de remplacer la chambre de 4 personnes par 2 chambres de 2. Nous avons néanmoins préféré conserver la chambre de 4 sans climatisation, afin de ne pas laisser les enfants seuls. A notre arrivée dans la soirée, le personnel de l'hôtel avait aéré la chambre et placé plusieurs ventilateurs. On nous a fourni aussi des bouteilles d'eau fraîche. Au final nous avons passé une bonne nuit et un agréable séjour. Le personnel de l'hôtel et en particulier la personne de la réception a très bien géré la situation et a été vraiment très aimable. Rien à redire sur la propreté de l'établissement. Petit déjeuner très bien aussi : varié et complet. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel pour son accueil et sa tenue.

Freundlicher, schneller check in ab 15.00. Zimmer sind sehr gut, Bett komfortabel. Schönes großes Badezimmer. Modern. Frühstücksbuffet vorhanden. War früher aber schon besser.
