The cleaning staff are amazing. But during the morning time of Thursday January 30th, the receptionist was very rude and arrogant. They need to teach him what’s customer service. Assuming that people doesn’t have money to pay in front of others clients just because it is taking few minutes to be approved it is very very unpleasant.

Das Zimmer ist dringend überholungsbedürftig.
Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber. Wenn man genau hingeschaut hat, ist das Zimmer ziemlich heruntergekommen Punkt Schimmel im Bad kaputter Schrank, kaputter Tisch, die Wandfarbe löst sich von den Wänden. Die Stecker der Lampen sind technisch nicht in Ordnung.

Very functional for a one-night stay.
Located close to Brussels-Midi, so perfect when you arrive late with a train from Paris or Amsterdam. Everything is very spacious and very functional. There is nothing cozy or warm in the hotel and my room. The floors feel like plastic, cold, and that gives it a very unwelcoming feeling. The Wifi works fine, and when it did not, it was solved very quickly.

Convenient location from Eurostar station. However team was quite unfriendly. WiFi is not working. Bathroom was not clean. No black out curtains or anything in the bedroom.

Good location
Good location, a short walk to Zuid train station. One can also walk to Grand Place and other attractions from the hotel if reasonably fit. Within about 25 minutes. Also pubs and a nice restaurant next to train station and shops inside station.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms do not reflect the pictures that are online. The staff listened to my complaints but took no action to rectify the issues. Only one light in my room worked, there was hair on the restroom sink that did not belong to me that was not cleaned throughout the entire duration of my stay. The bed was not made each day. I asked for the sheets to be changed and my request was ignored. The floor was not cleaned a single time and the trash was not changed daily. The wall had several chips of paint missing and the WiFi connection was extremely poor.

Hôtel (pension) bien situé près de la Gare du Midi (bus aéroport à 150m) avec qualité prix correct. Concernant la chambre, équipement vieillot et très basique, rideaux de fenêtre qui ne ferment pas entièrement. Literie que j'ai trouvé très dure (matelas sans doute très ancien) Douche et salle de bain OK. Évitez de prendre une chambre coté rue car mal insonorisé et avenue très fréquentée (gare toute proche) Merci à l'hôtesse de nous avoir permis de changer de chambre pour être plus au calme malgré l'absence de TV (pas indispensable pour nous).Wifi OK dans chambre 1er étage. Accueil correct de la part des 3 réceptionnistes (merci pour le café offert)
