"We stayed for 2 nights and i was impressed with the hotel. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was really good and selection was plentiful. The only down side was the parking £15 a day i think they should review that policy but overall A+++"

"My stay was great from the moment I got checked in by Persia who was lovely and even offered to see if the kitchen would prepare me something even though they had just closed. After my long journey from London it was a very good welcome. My room had a beautiful window with a view of the Lake and the mountains. The rest of the staff from the bar to the restaurant was really accommodating and kind. It’s within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, cinema and the lake of course. "

"On night stay for a football game. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and so the front is covered in scaffolding and the halls and stairways are certainly more than a little tired That said the staff were exceptionally friendly, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, the shower was hot and the breakfast was very good.
