"The resort and grounds were absolutely beautiful, walkable and the beach was steps away. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Being both vegan and gluten free, I was so excited to see that each restaurant's online menu had 2-5 options available, so I didn't research other places. When we arrived, the menus were completely different and there were not as many options. Luckily the kind gentleman at Cafe 1736 told us about additional options at Plaza Nova, which was a short shuttle ride...

"We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to us boarding a cruise. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. "

"It was beautiful. My room was amazing just that they don’t have a pool, but that’s doable. The beaches are nearby. I had a great time."

"We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, staff was amazing and accomodating, staff held our luggage at no charge before check in and after checkout... Photos made hotel appear to be bigger than it was but this was not a deal breaker. Rooftop hot tub was great, pool was small and awkwardly shapped. Biggest negative was the room upkeep. Hair was found on the shower wall, they never offered to clean room or replace towels unless requested. Shower door did not stay closed and bathroom door did not close...
