"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the water was spectacular, and we enjoyed taking it in from both inside the condo as well as the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the island. We had easy access to the kioskos in Luquillo, laying and snorkeling (separately) in Fajardo, and hiking in El Yunque. "

"We had a wonderful week on vacation at this terrific property. The location is perfect, being steps off the property from the beach and short walks away from restaurants, grocery and shops. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a full meal or just a quick snack. Toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. Beach chairs and towels were provided and were much appreciated. "Very nice condo in gated community with very large rooftop patio and excellent private beach and pool area. Very quiet. Included coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards which was very convenient for us. Short drive to rain forest, San Juan, Luquillo/Fajardo (more beaches), and airport. "We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the pool. The location was perfect and the little extras like beach accessories. Sunscreen and aloe were amazing. The bedroom lay out was perfect for my three teenagers and myself. Having our own kitchen was perfect when we didn’t feel like going out and the grocery store down the road was an added bonus. Highly recommend for families! A car is definitely needed to get around the area. Overall a great trip and great accommodations!"

All amenities are of quality and you will not need anything else. "Property is conveniently located on the beach and a block away from restaurants; shops; and conveniences. Building is secure. Although the unit is dated, it is clean and very well equipped with all that you would need. Management was very attentive to any issues we encountered. The only word of caution is that the public beach is a noisy environment at all hours, especially weekends!"
