"Pros: -The unit has what you needed for a comfortable stay. -Good air conditioning. -Nice area, it is close to the beach and a lot of popular spots. -Property manager was polite. Cons: -Shower pressure is pretty weak, it gets the job done but it is not the most enjoyable shower. - Parking is very limited. - The unit is decent but the lighting in the pictures does make it seem a little nicer than it is in person but it was still a comfortable stay just not as updated as the pictures show....

"The condo/Apartment itself was great. There were no potholders for the oven pan, but i made sue with folding paper towels to get the pan out of the oven. Bed was comfy, The heavy large towels were nice although i brought my own beach towels from home. The beach chairs and small cooler was a great addition too. "This property was pretty great. Family oriented and had everything we needed included beach materials. Hair product , kitchen materials and and seasonings and the ac works great. A lot of pools and options for people who stay. The rain may have cut the electricity off for a few hours which was a bit like um ok. But over all they got it back up and was happy . It’s a bit far like 30-50 min from San Juan and other areas but definitely worth it. "

"I think the property is nice, street well illuminated, we were able to walk the street and the surrounding areas around 9:00 or 10:00 pm and felt pretty much safe, been so close to the beach is nice for morning walks along the shore, in the morning is a little noisy because of the trash collectors emptying the containers, I had a little bit of trouble to open the gate, when we arrived, but a quick phone call and the good directions they gave me solved everything nicely.
