"Overall, the stay was very good and was perfect for our trip to the Lake District. The location is perfect for navigating the Lakes as easy access to the M6. To the top of the lakes, it took us 1 hour by car. The continental breakfast served was plenty to start each day with. "We really enjoyed our 3 nights here, staff was lovely, convenient location, breakfast was excellent, nice having waters, teas, coffee, coca & cookies in the room. For a driving trip, really liked the location. Good parking, easy access to best roads for exploring the Lake District. Bathroom has a deep soaker tub/shower: lovely on a hiking trip! "Lovely property. Very nice rooms and spa was good. Food excellent but due to being very busy there was quite a wait for food and drinks: 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent. "
