"Quasi automated book in… Trying to get from the main road by car to the actual hotel requires driving through an industrial park. No apparent signage. In the dark not much fun. You can clearly see the hotel it’s just not that easy to drive up to it if you have never been before.. The rooms were good and practical. There was a bar and pool tables so all very ‘hip’. "This is the third Christmas my brother and I have stayed at the Leonardo and it just gets better and better. The staff are all outstanding, nothing it too much trouble and they are all cheerful and helpful. My brother loves to swim and I love all the places I can hide away to read. We also visit at other times but Christmas is the best"

"This hotel was very good, staff were excellent and the food was lovely. The place was very clean but it was really isolated and in the middle of a housing estate which meant that the pool was always full. One other thing to know the beds are incredibly hard, great if you like that but very uncomfortable if you don’t."
