"The hotel was out from the city centre but was on a bus route to get into Hereford so we left the car in their free carpark and went shopping and watched the rugby. "We had a wonderful stay at Bells and would stay there again. The only negative comment we have about the hotel is that the walls are very thin and you can hear people walking in the corridor and talking in the adjoining rooms like they are sat next to you. Which when it’s a rowdy bunch of dudes on a golfing weekend means no sleep. "

"Overall it was good. I did have, however a malfuntion with the toliet/bathroom on my final night's stay with you guys but I did inform a memebrr of staff about it, so that i didnt check out and the next guest had to deal with the issue. But it was perfect for my purpose of staying."

Had dinner - but appeared as the restaurant was closed, and were shown to the hotel lounge/library Food was below average- with the burger brioche bun served burnt /black! Despite complaint was charged full price and service charge which was automatically added to final bill but was removed when challenged Of note - we were the only people eating!! Poor experience and poor value"
