"Our stay was very short but it was nice for the limited time I was there. After reviewing the bill that was emailed to me, there are three charges for items from the minibar. We did not take anything from the minibar. So disappointed that I would be charged for three items that were never touched. I would like a full refund for all of those charges. Makes me wonder how those could be added to my bill when everything was the way we left it. "

"The staff were very nice and welcoming. My room was clean and had everything I needed, except for a microwave. The light that was closest to the door didn’t work, but I just used the lamps and the bathroom light. There were a lot of food places in the surrounding area, plus they served food at the hotel. And I felt very safe. I really enjoyed my stay!"
