"Overall, this location was amazing. Within a 5-10 minute walk from the main Sapporo station. We arrived first day in the rain and it was easy enough to find. They assist you with check in at a machine that prints out a key (colour coded for male vs female so that you can use the shared 'bath' on the property). Though we never used the shared bath, the parking was easy enough to get to (on the side of the building - not the front), the lounge had a microwave, water and coffee/tea. Property...

"It is walking distance to the Sapporo Clock Tower, Sapporo TV Tower and Odori Park. Parking fees would be 1500 Yen per day, you could get the multiple usable parking ticket at the reception"
