"The hotel staff was accommodating and let us store our luggage in between of two legs of stays since we traveled to a different city for one night. The room was spacious for one person. The furnishing was a bit dated but the room was clean. Need to keep the AC on to keep warm. Close to the Odori station with convenience stores and great food nearby."

The breakfast had a large variety but felt it was not catered to Australian breakfast options however can not complain as there was something for everyone even it it was more like lunchtime food. Onsen was very clean and free for hotel guest. Would stay again if in Sapporo. "

"We arrived at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn and had lost our bag with cash and our passports in it. The staff were super helpful in locating the bag for us and keeping us up to date with their efforts.
