We had to haul with our bags some distance before reaching the hotel. We paid for a superior room but view was mediocre. We don't particularly like the open closed format, but considering all other pluses, it was not a big deal. Overall the experience was excellent. "

"We were travelling by train, between France and Vigo. The train timetable was such that we needed an overnight stop having arrived at Madrid Atochoa and leaving the next day from Chamartin. This hotel was perfect - and busy! It’s above the Chamartin station. It can be difficult to find initially (we walked to the Main Street missing the escalator up to the hotel). Once there (the entry is off the main multi level carpark), registration was quick and professional, advice about breakfast clear....
