"Property is old. My first impression was this hotel was not very good because the decor and furniture was old looking and the walls were dirty. However, after seeing the rest of the city and areas I concluded this was a decent hotel based on neighbouring properties, staff, breakfast, overall environment outside. "Everything about Qoya São Paulo Paulista was amazing! From check in to check out all the staff was friendly and didn't mind answering questions. They all spoke English or could find someone to help if they didn't. The room was immaculate and room service was prompt. Highlights for me were the 24 hour room service and bar!
