It doesn't feel like you are in São Paulo. You are surrounded by nature and a beautiful park. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Excellent pool and gym. Super spacious and clean rooms and the best Michelin star restaurant Jean-Georges is located on the main floor. Please make sure to reserve this restaurant a month in advance. It's worth every penny!

Beautiful colonial style hotel set in tropical parkland. Excellent cocktail bar and superb pool. Well appointed gym. Arrived very early morning and the charming night manager made sure we were in our room very quickly.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent. Will absolutely stay again. Spa services were good for my partner. We had one issue at check in with one staff member due to a credit card issue but that person was not representative of the overall staff. Very friendly staff and got to know you during stay to provide great service

nice place but they don't respect partnership. I had to ask for an upgrade after my check in - I was already in my room, and after a while , they said there was no available room for upgrade. no discount of 20 por cent in my dinner. I stayed in this hotel for only one night.

Nice place, but staff are ok. Stayed for a night and woke up to a letter asking to come to the front desk as the pre-authorization value was under what I had spent, even though was checking out that day. Extremely inappropriate considering I had already paid for the hotel and left a pre-authorized value on my card. Seems like they have people that don’t end up paying for what was consumed at the hotel. And had extra charges to my room that weren’t mine. Close to US$200 that I had to ask them to remove from my room. Wouldn’t expect this from a 5-star hotel. Not returning.

O hotel é excelente. Conheço há alguns anos. Atendimento com educação e cordialidade impar. Instalações no mais alto padrão. Recebemos um quarto maravilhoso, no entanto tivemos um sério problema. Aparentemente o hotel se especializou em casamentos, e nosso quarto estava exatamente acima do salão, tornando o repouso algo impossível. Reclamei na recepção que prontamente nos trocou de quarto, o que diminuiu parcialmente nosso desconforto. Como cortesia recebemos um late check out no dia seguinte, após solicitação. Achei importante relatar essa situação, pois esse quartos com barulho da festa deveriam ser designados aos convidados do evento, e não aos hóspedes que procuram desccansar
