Hotel funcional , ao lado do Aeroporto de Congonhas . Recepção muito enrolada , já tínhamos realizado o check IN on Line , mesmo assim refizeram todo o processo , demorando muito tempo .

Qndo cheguei a recepcionista disse q eu teria q pagar (todos os dias) o café da manhã da minha filha pois não estava incluído. Eu disse e mostrei q isso não foi acordado, pedi para chamar a gerente mas a recepcionista disse q não iria adiantar. Mesmo assim insisti e a gerente resolveu. Faltou tb uma toalha, interfonei e disseram q iam levar mas não levaram. Tive q buscar no outro dia.

Hotel próximo do aeroporto de Congonhas, dá para ir a pé. Café da manhã é excelente O único porém nesta hospedagem foram as toalhas de banho que estavam desgastadas, não condizentes com o padrão Ibis de qualidade

Nada agradável! Já no check-in, solicitaram novamente todas as informações sobre os hóspedes, que eu já tinha prestado respondendo a um e-mail do Ibis. Me colocaram num quarto no qual a descarga não estava funcionando, demoraram bastante pra me retornar com uma solução, que foi trocar de quarto. No outro quarto, a luz principal do banheiro não estava funcionando, só a do espelho. As toalhas de banho estavam extremamente desgastadas, passando da hora de serem trocadas e não fornecem toalhas de rosto (política da rede). O quarto não tem nenhum gancho ou suporte para pendurar as toalhas após o uso. Em suma, decepção total.

Razoável para a qualidade que se espera de Gramado
Razoável para o tamanho da rede e para o que a cidade oferece. Banheiro sem box, alagando. Quarto térreo, perto da cozinha, barulho no corredor, cheiro de frango frito (hotel serve café colonial). Guarda-roupa tinha arara mas nenhum cabide. Cama do meu filho caiu um pé, não vieram arrumar no dia que pedimos, só depois de 1 dia. Café da manhã com bastante variedade mas muito tumultuado e os alimentos não eram de qualidade tão boa - observei pães queimados, fruta azeda na salada de fruta, sucos não naturais, café com gosto de queimado. Roupa de cama com rasgos e furos, mas limpinhos. Vantagem: quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, cabe família grande.
