"Very happy with their Silkara Suites’ service. Check in/out was smooth and we also requested for slippers, which was delivered to our room quickly. One of the shower heads was leaking and couldn’t be used. We called the front desk and they replaced the shower head for us. Everything happened within 15 min and was impressed. "Overall our experiences at the hotel were great. The staff are amazing specially at the restaurant. Stewart was very helpful. Great service and work Ethic is tremendous. The location is good and lots of restaurants and dining close by. Foodstore or grocery is just beside the hotel. The only downside was the parking fee which is $35 a night. Should be $15 is fair I reckon. We had a good choice choosing the hotel for our 4 nights stay. Good value for money with buffet breakfast was GREAT!"
