"We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. Breakfast buffet has many selections from a smoothie bar to churros, to charcuterie options, fruits, cheese, vegetables,.. all so delicious. They cleaned the rooms very quickly every day. Staff were very kind. The hotel is in a posh neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. One comment on the cleanliness is that there was dust on some surfaces and in the bathroom vents but other than that everything looked clean. "

"Room was decent size (second floor of second tower) and just had a shower, no bath. Bed very comfy and air con effective and not too loud. Didn't have the buffet breakfast and there was no where else to get just a coffee - the greatroom lobby bar did not open until 11am but otherwise all good. But they did do a great club sandwich! "

"We would recommend longer hours for the pool in the summer, perhaps till 10 pm. It closed at 9 pm so we did not have time to enjoy a swim on a warm evening since we arrived for our check in just prior to the pool closing."
