"The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of everything you want in Madrid. We had access to all grocery stores and restaurants within 2 blocks. We also had at least 4 theatres within 2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself was a pristine, modern and very clean place with all the requirements anyone would need for long or short stays. "Great stay in this lovely apartment. It is close and very easy walking distance to Sol, Plaza Mayor and REALLY close to El Rastro. 24 hour Carrefour supermarket on the corner, Tirso de Molina metro at the plaza at the end of the street. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Great to have a small kitchen and a washing machine. Would recommend. Only be aware there is a lift but there are 8 or so steps up to the lift, 3 without a balustrade."

"We had a great stay here. The apartment is incredibly convenient and located right in the heart of Las Letras district. It is on a slightly busy street, but very little street noise. Bars, restaurants and grocery stores all literally right out the front door. There was some construction going on when we were there, but it wasn’t a big deal. Apartment is fairly spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was great and the beds were very comfortable as well. We did run out of hot water in the showers...
