The first room had some plumbing issues I brought to their attention immediately but it was Christmas and the next day way Boxing day so told them I understood if someone wasn't available right away but I never saw or heard from anyone and by the third day the issue spread from just the bathroom sink to all drains. So i had to bug them again and they had me move to a new room and...

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. I attended an event this time and everything was perfect. From the atmosphere to the food all amazing. Staff were lovely, shout out the Rebekah who organised the event, she was amazing. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and makes it hard to leave.
