"Really modern whilst keeping it modest and simple. Bed and bathroom, all you need. Lovely friendly staff from the door to the desk. The only downside was there is a club downstairs (we didn’t know when booking) and my god the girl with the mic and the music kept us awake all hours. If I’d known I would have brought ear plugs and I’m sure it would have been ok. "

I do find the lighting in the Newley refurbished rooms is a little harsh and i miss the table lamps in the sitting areas.... just to create a less work like atmosphere. but clean, tidy and the beds are very comfy."

"The outstanding friendliness and attentiveness of the staff truly stand out. The excellent location is just a few minutes from Paddington Station. While the narrow, steep stairs, compact rooms, and limited soundproofing—typical of London buildings—might be a concern for some, the hotel is super clean and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the small space for a tidy and comfortable stay. I’ll return to this hotel the next time I travel via Heathrow."
