"I stayed here for one night as was flying out of Luton the next day. Perfectly good and comfertable airport hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice bar/food area and an outside terrace which was great as it was a sunny warm evening. Food was good too - was surprised by how good the pizza was! Will stay again next time I find myself flying out of Luton."

"Great to get free parking on site in London! Shame breakfast was not included if booked via Expedia. Very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast options good. Shame jacuzzi Bath in Junior suite not working! "

"Everything was great although the bar was closed by the time I arrived at 11.20. A bit of a shame that, as I would have liked a drink. Also, I have a CPAP machine and it was a bit of a faff to plug in as the plug was under the TV opposite the bed, rather than by the bedside. Overall, though, most impressed, staff were friendly and well-presented and the room was clean and well-maintained. The inclusive breakfast and the double-door that closed either toilet or shower was a nice touch. "

"3 Day business trip, hotel very nice but needs modernising. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, On site restaurant is recommended as the food was lovely. Perfect for travelling into London as the tube station is literally a 2 minute walk away. "
