"Easy to get to, as it seems to be a popular location, parking was a challenge and I ended up having to drive on a footpath to get to a parking spot. The entrance is spacious and even at night it was filled with people. Reception staff were extremely professional. The restaurant staff, food and atmosphere absolutely excellent. The hotel it's self and the rooms were clean, in really good condition and it was quite considering it's next to the airport. For me this means, I'm not going back to Hilton and Novotel will be the default hotel search when ever I'll be travelling."

"Brilliant we could get into our room early to leave our luggage and freshen up, for a small fee, We had a bit of an issue with the room service and told the hotel staff just as heads up that they could look into it but as a goodwill gesture they didn’t charge us which was very unexpected 😀"
