"Sandra and Jamshed were there to welcome us despite our late and stormy arrival. They opened their hearts before their home. The location is excellent in a lively street and close to the underground metro station and bus stops. The apartment was explained in detail, but what really attracted us were the many details that drown you when you look at them. We were welcomed with fruits and chocolates and a special welcome phrase for us. The room was complete without any mistakes. Sleeping in it is...

"Handy location. Suitable for couple. Very small kitchen, looked sufficient for short stay. We only used kettle and toaster, ate out or with family who lived nearby. Host aware made us aware of electricity outage - all sockets apart from kitchen. This meant no TV and had to charge phones, etc, in kitchen. Not fixed during our 4 night stay, hopefully fixed by now. No discount offered for this lack of full services."

"We had a family stay here for a wedding which was unfortunately postponed so we took the opportunity to have an evening out in the area. This property is stunning. Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. The host is fantastic with communication and very friendly and providing helpful information. Overall was a very lovely stay and I would recommend "

"We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. "

"Our booking was cancelled when we were in front of the property with no communication from the host. No answer to text messages and calls directed to voicemail. Property located in dodgy London naibourhood, unsuitable for listing on a travel platform. Awful experience.Avoid at all cost."

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"The house is in a great location and had a lot of room for 6 people. The beds were really good, it was clean and it had everything we needed. Anyone with mobility problems may have issues with the narrow steep stairs but it worked out ok for us. We had a great time and Jenny was a wonderful host. We really enjoyed the house and the area. "

"We loved the flat and neighborhood. Easy access to tube. Host was very accessible and accommodating. The flat is comfortable well equiped and as advertised. Steep steps that didn't adversely affect us but would those with mobility or balance issues. Thank you Gina!"
