We were there in November, so it was cold in communal areas but room was fine. We had a free upgrade which was nice - however, no lights on in room - opened door and another door to open immediately in front of us, we felt our way in to find a light switch only to find we were standing at the edge of the top of a flight of stairs! "Stayed 8 nights. The hotel is located right next to De Brockeure subwaybstation with easy connections to the other lines. Carrefour Express right across the hotel. Another 3 supermarkets in the area all within 3 to 5 mins walk. The main Brussels Christmas Market was just a 3 minute walk. Grand Palace was a 5 min walk. Overall an excellent location. We booked a one bedroom apt, with small kitchenette. A comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended."
