"This property was nothing like the pictures. The washroom was so small you couldn’t fit in and close the door, it was by the kitchen no ventilation. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work. They had teenagers staying in that building partying all night until 5am drinking and making lots of noise. We didn’t feel safe at all. The worst thing is the management was not answering the call or dealing with anything. It was Expedia who looked after us moving us to a different property. I would obviously...

"The property was roomy and had great space. It met the need of our group. The location was close to various things like food, drinks, shopping and transportation. I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. They kept falling off. The soap dispensers in the shower also looked like they had broken off. A towel...
