"Overall we had an excellent stay, fantastic location centra to outlet, dock yards, restaurants, Spinnaker tower and the ferry to IOW. On the first night we when we got to the room we noticed some dry paint shavings that had fallen from the ceiling to the floor, staff were happy to love us to another room and apologised. "Just returned from our one night stay and overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was spacious, bathroom good size. Just felt like it could have some TLC as the wooden Furniture was scraped a lot. But it was clean and slept well. Duvet quite thin but there’s a rug in cupboard that I used and it was lovely and warm. Breakfast was fantastic - very well organised! I loved that you sort the toast. Parking is free and was the reason we booked hotel. If we’re in Southampton again will return. "
