"The hotel was in a great spot where it wasn’t too busy but you could still easily walk to all the shopping around Banff. Nice and quiet too. The parking was not great in my opinion. There is a parkade for a fee but with the park fee too, we opted out. Unfortunately the room we got, the one bed was very uncomfortable. There was a queen flat sheet that was on the bottom and not a full mattress protector so the mattress was hanging out. Which is kind of gross to me. We just asked for kings sheets and they were super good about it. Overall it was a good stay and super affordable. Everyone was friendly as well. "

"This hotel was really great. We were however disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed for Reno’s and parking was limited for trucks so we had to park at the high school … it was better than nothing but not the most convenient. "

"This hotel has been nicely renovated. The rooms were clean and spacious. They included pool robes, glass wine glasses and corkscrew, water glasses, ceramic coffee cups, espresso cups, and a an espresso machine. The hot tub area was clean very enjoyable. The sauna was out of service but we enjoyed the steam room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great! The good was fresh and plentiful with good variety. The staff was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. "
