"It’s a beautiful place we loved how it was central to Banff proper and lake Louis. Quaint and charming and we could walk out the door to hike up to the falls. There were some people in bungalows near us that were smoking weed. Ruined the ambiance. That was not charming. I wonder if you could make it more clear to those staying that if they’re going to smoke anything they should go of the property. "

"Stayed in a Mountain facing room with a balcony and it had an amazing view! A group of mountain goats came to greet us in the parking lot at their favorite snack spot (tree) shortly after our arrival. Staff was courteous and helpful. Property is a bit dated and requires some upkeep but couldn't beat the value for the one bedroom suite anywhere else in Radium. Liked it so much we stayed an extra night. "
