"The building is so warm and inviting. The lobby has a big warm fireplace with games and blankets and comfy places to sit and relax. The young man named Naj at the front desk was so extremely helpful and professional. He upgraded our room with no hesitation and continued to add happiness to our entire stay. I highly recommend booking your next stay through the hotels website and ask directly for Naj. He is fantastic!! Our room was incredible. We had a great view of the mountains. We stayed in a loft room and the sitting area on the main floor was such an added bonus. The rooms are also extremely spacious. The room also came with a Nespresso coffee machine which I felt was the cherry on top. The only down side was having to check out when our stay was over. Highly recommend!"

"First time staying at the Brewster Mountain Lodge and so glad we did. Great location in the centre of restaurants, shopping and the river pathway. We stayed in the Claude Brewster Suite and it was awesome. Beautiful vaulted ceilings, a balcony and a double jacuzzi tub. Very quiet room even with the balcony facing Bear St. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will be back. 10 out of 10"

"Beautiful new hotel in Banff-Dining at Good Folk Restaurant on site was world class. Great balcony and nice rooftop hot pools for apres. A bit more attention to detail was needed on cleaning in the room but that was the only knock. Staff were all friendly and responsive. "

"We loved it here. Our room was beautiful, the hotel was beautiful and we loved the spa area. The staff on reception were brilliant and gave us a free upgrade which we were very thankful for. We ate in the restaurant onsite called chilis and the food was amazing and great value for money. I can't fault this hotel and wish we could have stayed for longer "
